The entire menu of the ´Eating Bear´ - the new restaurant at Baixa in Lisbon, is raw foods. There are many salads, sausage boards and carpaccios. The only dishes, that are not served totally raw - are the ones smoked and braised. This restaurant has opened in November 2016 and belongs to Adhoc Wine, the same company responsible for The Lisbon Walker, and is right next to the new restaurant in Rua da Madalena.

The entire menu of Eating Bear was inspired by the diet of the Iberian bear, as well as the name of the restaurant, and part of the revenue goes to social projects that protect the species. The menu is divided by the four seasons and uses some of the ingredients that the animal consumes more during the respective seasons. In the spring the menu is specially composed of fresh vegetables, fish and seafood in the summer, dried fruits and berries in autumn and strong meats and cheeses in the winter.

The dishes are prepared by Rafael Ribeiro and the bar area is the responsibility of André Castro, who serves original cocktails and wines. Between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. there is a happy hour, when you buy a drink you get another one for free. The restaurant has capacity to serve meals to 36 people at a time.
