The best Portuguese restaurant by La Liste is The Ocean in the Algarve

After receiving the highest number of distinctions in the Michelin Guide 2017, the Portuguese restaurants are distinguished again, this time in the final list of the best in the world by La Liste. This is a project of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France that publishes a list of the thousand best restaurants in the world, based on an algorithm that combines the guide reviews and comments online.

The latest edition of the guide was presented on 5 December and elected Guy Savoy in Paris, as the best restaurant in the world. In Portugal, first appears The Ocean in Algarve, by the chef Hans Neuner, which renewed its position this year with two Michelin stars, being 102nd in La Liste, with a score of 96%.
