In 2014 the Ribeira Market, the main market of Lisbon, was rehabilitated by the magazine Time Out Lisbon and now includes trade and catering stalls.

Since then it is a must for those who want to taste the various delicacies that are made in Portugal. The space, also known as Mercado 24 de Julho that was opened in 1982.

This emblematic building located in Cais do Sodre, maintains the original design with its inner iron and oriental inspired dome. Finding yourself two steps from the Tagus, with the rehabilitation under the seal of Time Out is revitalized and is now a must for anyone visiting Lisbon.

Following the successful model already present in other European cities, the Ribeira Market acquired a new dimension combining gastronomy and entertainment.

Traditional fruit stalls, vegetables and flowers began to occupy the top floor while the ground floor the main characters are the restaurants that are divided by stalls, thirty in all, making this market an authentic exhibition of the best that the capital has to offer .

It covers various types of cuisine, national and international, as well as a full selection of wines, desserts and ice cream.

Honorato

 

The vacancy of handmade Burgers, there was one that was highlighted immediately the Honorato. It was one of the first houses of the specialty to settle in the capital, in the neighborhood of Principe Real, in 2011.

Santini
