Porto Airport has over half a million passengers, comparing with 2015

Links with France are representing more passengers

Porto Airport totaled 8,625,000 passengers on commercial flights by late November 2016, exceeding the total of the year 2015 by 538,000, which is the best that it has ever been, according to the data from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, that, for the same period last year shows an increase of 15.1% (1.13 million people).

The links with France are representing most of the passengers, with 23.5% of the total commercial flights. Followed by Spain, which accounts for 11.5% of total passengers, Germany with 10.7%, Switzerland with 10.7%, the United Kingdom with 8%, Belgium with 4%, the Netherlands with 3%, Italy with 2.6% and Luxembourg with 2.4%.
