A Bicicleta is the new restaurant that serves healthy food in Lisbon

From December 1st, the restaurant will have a promotion for those who travel to the restaurant by bicycle

The restaurant A Bicicleta proposes a healthy, intimate cuisine, as if it was prepared at home. Located in the Hotel Novotel Lisboa, this is a restaurant with a relaxed look, where bicycles and aromatic plants are part of the scenery. The decoration highlights the new trends and the concept of open space, with shared tables, for more intimate character.

The gastronomic offer of A Bicicleta focuses on traditional Portuguese cuisine, offering a wide range of snacks, canned goods, sausages, cod dishes and meats. The hit of the house is the Tomahawk meat chop. There is also a selection of traditional home-made desserts. The menu is by Carlos Pedro, former executive chef of the Vestigius restaurant and former subchef of the restaurant Cais da Pedra, by Henrique Sá Pessoa.

During the hour, there are sandwiches and cakes served with coffee or tea. There is also a daily lunch menu which includes soup, couvert, dish of the day and coffee. For dinner there are bicycle menu, cod menu and other snacks. The lunches have the average price of € 15 and the dinners € 20. From 1 December 2016 until 31 May 2017, the restaurant will have a promotion for those, who travel to the restauratnt by bike, during lunch time, a 20% discount on all menu dishes.
