Café with brownies in a jar will open at Restelo

Miss Brownie, after many online orders and success at the fairs, has opened a real store on Rua Rodrigo Reinel, in Restelo, on December 3rd. In the first month it will work rather like a factory and delivery order point, but at the beginning of the new year it will begin serving coffee and drinks to accompany the brownies at the spot.

The head of the project, Marta Cruz, left her job as a lawyer to dedicate herself to Miss Brownie. She started the business in 2014 and brownies served in jar have become the star product. The base is made of chocolate and walnuts and on top of them there is a layer of a homemade cover.

The first toppings that came out were raspberry and chocolate candy, but now you also find salted caramel and a red velvet toppings with lemon jam. There are two jar sizes: the smallest, 250 grams, which costs € 4 and the largest, of 370 grams, which costs € 5.5. In Miss Brownie you can also find traditional brigadeiras, brownies and other cakes.
