Memmo PrÃncipe Real - the first 5-star hotel in the area is now open

The Memmo Principe Real - is a contemporary hotel with a touch of classic.

The Memmo Príncipe Real opened to the public in late October and will officially stay open until the end of the year. It is the first five-star hotel to open in Príncipe Real neighborhood and required an investment of around 8.5 million euros. In this initial phase it's occupancy rates is already 70% and daily average is above 200 euros. By 2017, it is expected to reach an occupancy rate of 75% and 320 euros daily.

This hotel has the signature architecture style by Samuel Torres de Carvalho and is located in the heart of the Principe Real area, but slightly hidden. To get there you have to pass a small tunnel, next to the terrace of Lost In. The construction of this hotel was done from scratch. The 41 hotel rooms are marked by special details, such as lamps, produced in Marinha Grande and coats that recreate the tailoring of Principe Real.

Within the five-star segment of the hotel, the Memmo Hotel intends to position itself in a particular way, that is, as a contemporary hotel with a touch of classic. The hotel's restaurant and bar are aimed not only at tourists, but also at the local community, and they focus on cuisine, influenced by various geographies.
